Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Browne's Home Center. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales and service goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and purchasing departments to develop and implement marketing campaigns and purchasing strategies.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Manage store budgets and forecasts to ensure that we are meeting our financial goals.
  • Develop and maintain key business relationships with customers, team members, and industry organizations.

Requirements:

  • 4-10 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • High school or GED preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
  • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • May require exerting up to 80 pounds of force seldom and/or up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

Wages:

Starting wages will be based on years of experience and education.
