Department Overview:


The In-Home Services team is at the forefront of our field operations, overseeing thousands of technicians across nearly 100 locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:


The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the movement of materials and equipment (including satellite dishes, award-winning receivers, DVRs, and related hardware) in and out of the warehouse, catering to both internal and external clients.


Primary Duties:
1. Accurately document the quantity and type of equipment, merchandise, and supplies stored in the warehouse and on delivery vehicles, as well as all materials required for various installations and service calls.

2. Maintain precise physical counts of products in vehicles, warehouse stock, and saleable items on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

3. Manage the receipt of returned equipment, new inventory, and vendor shipments; organize inventory within the warehouse; prepare shipments for return to the re-manufacturing department, and log distributed hardware details in the computer tracking system.

4. Execute daily inventory transactions for all utilized products, ensuring they are linked to the appropriate accounts.

5. Prepare equipment shipments for remote employees, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deliveries are timely.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:
- A valid driver's license in the state of employment, with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, with overtime compensation.

- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 125 pounds.

- Proficiency in safely operating warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts).

- Competence in utilizing computer systems and inventory management software to efficiently maintain and update inventory records.

The base pay range is a guideline.

Individual total compensation may vary based on qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is influenced by the role's location and may change based on work location.

Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test and DMV check.

Compensation:
USD $18.50 / Hour
