**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate - Inventory Management

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Parts Authority LLC. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, and maintaining accurate records of inventory.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of inventory
  • Label and store inventory in a safe and organized manner, adhering to company standards
  • Assess stock for damages and report any issues to management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, including quantities, locations, and condition
  • Accurately fill customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Operate stock management tools, including powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks
  • Count and reconcile inventory on a regular basis, identifying and reporting any discrepancies
  • Perform routine cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized and compliance with all applicable regulations

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
  • Ability to accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
  • Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
  • Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100lbs
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
  • Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/or stairs) or balance
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus
  • Attention to detail, great communication skills, time management skills, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work well with other staff members and supervisors
  • Must have an open availability, flexible, and able to work various shifts and overtime
