About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fulfillment Project Manager to join our team at Apollo Retail Services. As a key internal and external point of contact for individual Fulfillment and Shipping projects, you will be responsible for managing and producing program data, developing and improving systems and procedures for program efficiency, and ensuring seamless communication with warehouse personnel and client executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, Develop, or Improve Shipping Plans and Schedules: Create and implement shipping plans and schedules to meet clients' fulfillment and/or shipping objectives.
  • Project Setup and Initial Programming: Set up and program new projects, collecting all required program documentation and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Development and Maintenance of Program Estimators and Cost Monitors: Utilize rate schedules to develop and maintain program estimators and cost monitors, ensuring accurate financial data and cost management.
  • Creation of Instruction Materials: Develop and maintain instruction materials to ensure program execution meets expectations.
  • Inventory Management and Allocation: Monitor inventory levels, allocate materials, and ship products with lead time to meet required arrival schedules.
  • Supervision and Coaching: Supervise coordinator duties, including coaching and teaching team members to manage tracking, run carrier data, and assist in managing project costs.
  • Performance Data Analysis and Management: Maintain performance data from existing databases, analyze data, import client data into trackers and kit grids, and manage financial data, including sending work orders and invoicing clients.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications required.
  • Multi-Tasking and Problem-Solving: Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Independent Work and Communication: Ability to perform well while working independently and communicate effectively with warehouse personnel and client executives as needed.
  • Written and Verbal Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of basic logistics principles and concepts.
