Role Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving shipments, restocking inventory, managing stock levels, shipping orders to customers, and ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and sign for deliveries of company products.
  • Organize and replenish products within the warehouse.
  • Conduct inventory checks and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Process and package outgoing orders.
  • Operate forklifts and other machinery for transporting heavy items.
  • Deliver orders to clients and customers.
  • Resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries.
  • Assist customer service in addressing shipment-related complaints.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing goods, reporting any defects or damages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Provide updates to management regarding inventory and shipment statuses.
  • Develop innovative storage and shipping solutions.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Certification to operate forklifts or heavy machinery is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and policies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong communication skills for providing instructions and suggestions.
  • Attention to detail for identifying discrepancies and deficiencies.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills for handling complaints.
  • Physical and mental capability to operate heavy machinery.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Familiarity with computer ordering systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer systems as needed.
  • Creative and spatial thinking for efficient inventory organization.
