The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving shipments, restocking inventory, managing stock levels, shipping orders, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and sign for deliveries of company products.
- Organize and replenish stock in the warehouse.
- Conduct inventory checks and reorder supplies as needed.
- Package and process customer orders.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery for transporting heavy items.
- Deliver orders to clients.
- Resolve shipment or delivery discrepancies.
- Assist customer service in addressing shipment-related complaints.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods, reporting any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Update management on inventory and shipment statuses.
- Develop innovative storage and shipping solutions.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Certification for operating forklifts or heavy machinery is necessary.
- Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and policies.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong communication skills for providing instructions and feedback.
