About the PositionWe are looking for a highly qualified candidate to fill a tenure-track faculty position in Health and Wellness Design. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the department's research, teaching, and service missions.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a robust research portfolio, including pursuing and obtaining major extramural research funding
- Teach and mentor students at the undergraduate and/or graduate level
- Provide service internally to the department, school, and university, and externally to the profession and/or the community
The department is particularly interested in research areas related to health, including lifestyle health behavior, aging, disability, chronic illness, and caregiving, as well as health equity and social determinants of health. We encourage applicants to highlight their expertise in these areas.
