Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and clean up party areas to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
  • Greet parties and assist customers with waiver completion, explaining rules and policies as needed.
  • Accompany children during pre-arranged activities, providing a safe and engaging environment.
  • Serve food, beverages, and cake, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Manage party gifts and belongings, ensuring they remain with guests throughout the celebration.
  • Monitor timing to ensure parties stay on schedule, collaborating with customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.


Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and friendly team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work weekends and maintain a Food Handler's Permit.
