About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at H-E-B. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphics to support our company's marketing campaigns and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop graphic elements to support marketing campaigns and internal communications
  • Create content and flat graphics for internal and external websites and social media platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring copy, design, and communication campaigns to life
  • Champion cutting-edge best practices and stay current on emerging trends in design
  • Build high-trust relationships with internal business clients
  • Use reporting metrics to perpetually improve and evolve internal content and channels
Requirements
  • Graphic design proficiency in Adobe Software
  • Attention to detail and artistic inspiration
  • Adherence to deadlines and ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in design – or equivalent expertise
  • Minimum of 5+ years of design experience
  • Enthusiasm for H-E-B – our values, our mission, and our objectives
