Job Description: We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a full or part-time basis. Ideal candidates should have a strong portfolio in packaging, digital/print media, and a passion for innovative design. We prefer candidates who can work onsite, but we are open to a hybrid arrangement for the right applicant.


Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design packaging solutions for a variety of food products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales product development, and production, to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet business goals.
  • Create visually appealing and consumer-friendly packaging designs that enhance product visibility on shelves and communicate key brand messages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and packaging innovations to bring fresh and creative ideas to the design process.
  • Work closely with printing and production teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of the final packaging output.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of design excellence.
  • Provide input and support in the selection of materials, finishes, and printing techniques to optimize the overall packaging design.
  • Revise and refine designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients, ensuring continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Understanding of print production processes and the ability to create print-ready files.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address design challenges.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly packaging practices is a plus.
