BCBA Role Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of 6-8 children in a home-based setting, managing and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and train RBTs to ensure high-quality services
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for children with disabilities
  • Provide parent coaching and support to achieve milestones with families
  • Utilize evidence-based practices, such as ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp
Requirements:
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • Experience working with children with disabilities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
