We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Inner Circle Autism Network.

Job Summary:

As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional ABA therapy services to children with developmental and behavioral challenges. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality, child-centered care, and we welcome individuals with or without prior experience to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our team of professionals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children, tailoring approaches to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Record and maintain accurate data on client progress to facilitate effective treatment planning.
  • Foster a warm and supportive rapport with clients and their families to create a nurturing therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team and families.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
  • RBT Certification
  • At least one year of experience as an RBT.
