As a key member of our team, you will work with children impacted by emotional or behavioral conditions and disorders, such as depression, anxiety, addiction, autism, ADHD, OCD, etc. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining progress reports, and providing support to the children.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be patient and compassionate, and have strong analytical and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to handle intense emotional situations and apply behavioral principles effectively.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children under treatment.
  • Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address behavioral issues.
  • Provide ongoing support to children throughout the treatment process.
  • Collaborate with patients' teachers, caregivers, and families to implement treatment plans.
  • Monitor and record treatment progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular assessments to determine progress and milestones.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and treatment reports.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare specialists and support organizations.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in mental health, psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience working directly with children with special needs.
  • Strong working knowledge of behavioral theory and applied behavior analysis.
  • Understanding of the characteristics and behaviors associated with various disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle intense emotional situations and apply behavioral principles effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
