Key Responsibilities:


As our Regional Operations Leader, you will hold a pivotal leadership position, overseeing and supporting managers in the Service, Body Shop, and Warranty departments.

Regularly, you will analyze financial forecasts and departmental metrics with each manager to assist them in achieving their financial objectives, managing expenses, streamlining processes, and ensuring adherence to policies.

Envision yourself as a primary resource for the managers, someone they can rely on to help guide their teams.


Moreover, you will prioritize overseeing safety protocols for the region, technician training pathways and completion timelines, assisting with facility inspections, and collaborating on infrastructure projects related to Zero Emissions charging stations.


Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Essential Requirements:


A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution; or four or more years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.

Prior management and/or operational experience with a solid understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to maintain positive customer and member relations.

Compensation:
$140,000-193,285/year (Based on Experience)
