We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our faculty as a tenure-track professor in Quantitative Biosciences. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our department, while advancing your own research and teaching career.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a nationally recognized and extramurally funded research program in Quantitative Biosciences.
- Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in biological sciences, including courses in Quantitative Biosciences.
- Advise and mentor biological sciences undergraduate and graduate students.
- Engage in service to the public, the university, and the profession, including departmental governance and committee work.
- A Ph.D. in a biological science or related field.
- Demonstrated research productivity in biological sciences.
- Academic experience in biological sciences.
- Clear evidence of effective teaching.
