Faculty Opportunities in the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing

Emory University is seeking highly qualified candidates for tenured, tenure-track, and research track faculty positions in the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing. We are committed to attracting diverse world-class faculty to advance the School's mission to educate visionary nurse leaders and scholars, generate and apply knowledge, and transform nursing, health, and systems of health care within the local and global community.

Areas of Specialization
  • Health Informatics and/or Data Science/artificial intelligence related to health care including mHealth and eHealth
  • Environmental/climate science, neuroscience/dementia, aging/caregiving, global health, clinical research (i.e. Women's Health, Diabetes Care, Oncology, Cardiovascular, Renal, Brain Health, Symptom Science)
  • Social Determinants of Health

We welcome well-qualified individuals with other specializations to apply. Individuals from the discipline of nursing are preferred.

Qualifications
  • Research doctorate
  • Post-doctoral training
  • Actively funded program of research
  • Candidates at the associate and full professor level should have evidence of a sustained, extramurally funded program of research and strong track record of publications commiserate with the rank they are seeking
