Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals to provide exceptional service to our residents.
- Maintain high occupancy levels (minimum 98%) and ensure timely completion of move-out paperwork.
- Perform unit move-out, annual, and housekeeping inspections, and review rental applications for approval.
- Ensure collections of all monies due to the community are received and deposited, and audit resident files to ensure accuracy.
- Assist the Regional Manager with researching and responding to audit findings, and maintain positive relationships with community owners and residents.
- Process community invoices for payment, purchase and maintain adequate supplies, and process community staff payroll.
- Timely completion of reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the Company, and maintain the community to Company standards.
- You have a high school diploma or GED, and 1+ year of previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD/Section 8 experience a plus.
- You possess strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams, and experience with Yardi or a similar platform is a plus.
- You're highly analytical with strong financial acumen, engaged in your work, and a strong communicator.
- You're deadline-driven with a keen eye for detail and quality, and have a valid driver's license.
- Holding COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM certifications is a plus, and you will be given the opportunity to obtain them as an associate.
- Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
