We're seeking a skilled Guest Service Professional to join our team at Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in a server or host/hostess role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
