\t* Lead mid to high-level manufacturing projects, providing direction, guidance, and engineering expertise to team members.

\t* Collaborate with other engineers in technical solutions and implementation across domestic and global manufacturing sites.

\t* Maintain technical competency and remain current in technology.

\t* Identify areas of continuous improvement across global labs and automation tech.

\t* Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Mechanics, Masters preferred.

\t* 10 years of design experience.

\t* Strong proficiency in 3D CAD – ProE, Solidworks, NX, or similar as well as FEA.

\t* Experience with FEA.

\t* Deep mechanical aptitude is required including a broad knowledge of engineering materials, mechanical properties, and an understanding of the manufacturing processes associated with these materials.

\t* Ability to travel up to 20% (travel includes Domestic and International).

\t* High interest in tools of the construction trades.

\t* Ability to be interactive 'hands on' with each upcoming engineering project.
