The Position

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to guide the development of our financial platform. In this role, you will:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of energy market participants and platforms to solidify our understanding of value creation.
  • Establish key milestones, manage regulatory relationships, and strategically launch our financial platform for optimal scalability.
  • Engage in financial planning activities, including annual budgeting and capital markets strategies for the organization.
As an early member of our team, your contributions will significantly influence our growth trajectory.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • You possess over 8 years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, or corporate development within dynamic environments such as high-growth technology firms, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Comfortable with Uncertainty: You excel at synthesizing diverse information into a coherent and well-supported strategy.
  • Persistent: You remain undeterred by challenges and are motivated to drive initiatives from inception to realization.
  • Analytical Thinker: You have a knack for deconstructing complex problems into manageable components and are skilled at navigating analytical inquiries. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with analytical tools like SQL and Tableau is essential.
  • Meticulous: You pay attention to detail and ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy.
  • Effective Communicator: You can articulate your insights to various stakeholders, accommodating differing perspectives.
  • Growth-Oriented: You are enthusiastic about learning and embrace the challenges that come with a steep learning curve.
