Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse II in our Transplant Clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our transplant program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve desired results and ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse required.
  • Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
