This job was posted by: For more information, please see: As the Consumer Insights Specialist, you will take charge of pivotal retail projects and actively engage in strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include data interpretation, operational oversight, and ongoing enhancement of processes to ensure compliance with regulations while improving customer experiences.

Collaborate with diverse teams to stimulate business growth and maximize operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Project Leadership:
Spearhead and contribute to retail projects by performing data analysis, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring account precision. Revise procedural documentation and complete designated assignments.

Operational Assistance:
Offer continuous support to retail teams and partners, guaranteeing prompt and precise updates to customer and account information.

Collaborative Engagement:

Work in close partnership with Line of Business (LOBs), Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operational Risk teams to refine regulatory reporting processes and ensure alignment with corporate goals.


Data Analysis & Insights:
Gather and evaluate internal and external data to facilitate the creation of analytics, reports, and business insights. Present outcomes to senior management.

Process Enhancement:
Assess internal workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement, proposing and executing enhancements in collaboration with support teams.

Project Coordination:
Direct and manage the execution of small-scale projects, ensuring timely completion within established parameters.

Research & Resolution:
Conduct thorough investigations using internal and external resources to identify and rectify data discrepancies, ensuring accurate regulatory reporting.

Relationship Development:

Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with Compliance, Legal, Regulatory Reporting, and LOB partners to foster effective communication and collaboration.


Training & Development:
Deliver training to team members on retail systems and procedures, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Regulatory Adherence:
Utilize your expertise in retail systems to recommend enhancements that improve business outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Effective Communication & Conflict Management:
Communicate proficiently at all organizational levels and manage multiple projects concurrently, resolving conflicts and encouraging a collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
1-3 years of experience in financial services.
Strong analytical, process management, and conceptual skills.
Proven ability to manage projects independently.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated capability to collaborate and work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of retail operations, procedures, and technology.
Ability to lead, inspire, and promote teamwork.
Must have prior Hogan experience.
