Position Summary:
The HR Technology Specialist will collaborate closely with People Operations to identify and implement process improvements and automation strategies. We seek a tech-savvy individual with a strong background in ServiceNow and a keen interest in utilizing AI to revolutionize HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with People Operations to pinpoint areas for process enhancement and automation using ServiceNow and AI technologies.
2. Implement and refine ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules to optimize HR workflows and elevate employee satisfaction.
3. Work alongside IT and external partners to configure, maintain, and integrate HR technology solutions.
4. Analyze HR data and metrics to generate insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
5. Investigate and propose AI-driven solutions to automate routine tasks and enhance decision-making within People Operations.
6. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR systems and processes.
7. Provide training and support to HR team members on new technologies and methodologies.
8. Stay informed about emerging HR technologies and AI trends, assessing their potential impact on our operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in HRIS/HRIT roles, particularly with ServiceNow implementation and support.
- Flexibility to work East Coast hours.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in HR.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Project management experience.
