We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Rice Creek Family Dentistry. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be an integral member of the patient care team, providing exceptional lifetime care to your patients.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities. You will work closely with our dental team to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring every patient receives the best possible experience.

Our ideal candidate will have a current dental hygienist license in South Carolina and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine cleanings, exams, and preventative care to patients
  • Clean teeth and examine patients for signs of oral diseases such as gum disease and tooth decay
  • Take and develop X-rays and other diagnostic images
  • Analyze test results and diagnose dental conditions
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
