We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Associate to join our team in the East Region's Retirement Practice. As an integral member of our practice, you will play a key role in delivering defined benefit actuarial services to clients.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include completing valuation and actuarial projects using advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also provide technical guidance to junior staff members, participate in special projects designed to address emerging retirement issues, and work on teams collaborating with consulting staff, peers, and others to provide actuarial expertise and consulting services to clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have an undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline. Additionally, you should have completion of 1 or 2 actuarial exams with intent to attain actuarial credential(s). A minimum of 0-4 years of related pension plan actuarial experience within a consulting and/or insurance company environment is required. You should also have knowledge of ERISA and demonstrated task and project management skills.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,500-$87,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
