Position Overview:

ATHENA Consulting LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical conditions and create tailored treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to meet patient needs, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle changes to promote overall health and wellness.
  • Maintain precise and current patient documentation in accordance with legal and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to remain informed about evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Experience in outpatient settings is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and educate patients effectively.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation software.
