Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Support the Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff development
- Ensure exceptional Guest Services, including resolving customer complaints and providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Prior retail and management experience required
- Ability to work in excess of 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
