Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to lead our Western Wisconsin service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability and customer satisfaction, while ensuring a high level of customer service and a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Combine technical and people skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive profitability and CSI within the service department, meeting internal and manufacturer goals.
- Manage the Service Advisors and personally handle customer issues.
- Recruit, interview, select, and develop the service team.
- Assist the General Manager in store success, including meetings, training, and reporting.
- Manage payroll and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company expectations.

- CDK experience preferred.
