Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in drafting and filing legal documents, such as contracts, corporate resolutions, and securities submissions.
2. Perform thorough legal research and analysis on various corporate and securities law issues.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
4. Support the management of corporate governance activities, including board meetings, minutes, and related documentation.

Qualifications:

2. At least 3 years of consistent experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally within retail or restaurant corporate settings.
3. Strong understanding of corporate law and securities, including familiarity with SEC filings and corporate governance.
4. Excellent research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
8. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
9. Self-driven, with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
