Role Overview
The position of Analyst, Customer Analytics is designed to deliver data-driven insights into customer behaviors, facilitating informed decision-making processes. This role will focus on analyzing intricate data relationships and developing actionable insights that enhance revenue and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth diagnostic analyses on customer attributes and behaviors across both online and offline channels to generate valuable insights.
- Aggregate, manipulate, and transform data from diverse sources to create a holistic view of customer interactions.
- Formulate analytical strategies to address business inquiries, demonstrating ingenuity in data acquisition and cleansing when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to integrate behavioral analytics into strategic decision-making.
- Clearly articulate insights derived from complex data analyses through effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Create compelling visual representations of analytical findings and succinct summaries of methodologies that resonate with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement various analytical frameworks and segmentation strategies aimed at boosting revenue and profitability.
- Provide analytical support to IT for the integration of insights into automated business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- A Master’s degree is advantageous.
- 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Insights, Market Research, or Business Analysis.
- Extensive experience in analyzing customer attributes and behavioral data (transactional, web interaction, marketing channel engagement).
- Proficiency in SQL is essential; familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, and Adobe Analytics is beneficial.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation models and lifetime value constructs is a plus.
