Role Overview
The Customer Analytics Analyst will leverage data-driven insights to analyze customer behavior, aiding in strategic decision-making. This role is pivotal in understanding intricate data relationships and generating actionable insights that enhance revenue and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough diagnostic analyses on customer attributes and behaviors across online and offline channels to deliver high-quality insights that inform business strategies.
- Extract, manipulate, and synthesize data from various sources to create a holistic view of customer interactions across all selling and marketing platforms.
- Develop robust analytical frameworks to address business inquiries, showcasing ingenuity in data acquisition and cleansing when faced with incomplete information.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate behavioral analytics into the decision-making process.
- Articulate complex data insights clearly through effective verbal and written communication.
- Create compelling visual representations of analytical findings and succinct summaries of methodologies that resonate with stakeholders.
- Design and implement various analytical constructs and segmentation strategies aimed at boosting revenue and profitability.
- Provide analytical support, including code documentation and data transformations, to facilitate the integration of insights into automated business processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify pertinent and value-driven business questions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.
- A Master’s degree is advantageous.
- 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Insights, Market Research, or Business Analysis.
- Extensive experience in analyzing customer behavior and transaction data is essential.
- Proficiency in SQL is required; familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation models and lifetime value analysis is beneficial.
