Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Consultant who will play a pivotal role in the deployment and product launch for our key clients. This position requires a consultative approach to accelerate onboarding, reduce time to value, and enable our customers to transform their operations using our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and enhance the initial customer experience post-sales, collaborating with sales and customer success managers to strategize and execute successful launches.
  • Deliver targeted training and enablement programs to sales and marketing leaders, ensuring rapid onboarding and minimizing ramp-up time.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key customer advocates and executive stakeholders across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex operational and AI technology concepts into accessible business language for customers and internal teams.
  • Foster strong collaboration with Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution of customer commitments.
  • Build a network of customer advocates and collaborate with marketing to gather testimonials, references, and case studies.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to prioritize customer needs, drive enhancements, and contribute to the product roadmap.
  • Represent the People Inc brand positively and assist in attracting top talent to our team.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Background in Sales or Revenue Operations, including process management such as forecasting and territory design, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other SaaS CRM and marketing technology platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in delivering consultative engagements is beneficial.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with diverse organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.

Compensation: The estimated on-target earnings (OTE) range is $105,000 to $145,000, with additional opportunities for commissions, bonuses, equity, and benefits. Compensation is determined based on various factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
