Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to support the KC-46 Tanker Aircraft at Travis Air Force Base (TAFB). This is a customer-facing position that will be based in Fairfield, California, and will have responsibilities at Travis Air Force Base (TAFB), Fairfield, California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides technical field support of company products.
  • Assists with troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems coverage.
  • Resolves maintenance and operational issues.
  • Interprets technical documents and monitors product performance.
  • Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures.
  • Develops and conducts ad-hoc training.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of aircraft refueling maintenance experience.
  • Ability to support on-call work during all shifts as required.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain a passport for international travel.
  • At the sole discretion of leadership, employees must be willing and able (on potentially short-notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) and for a variety of deployment durations to meet customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License desired.
  • Previous experience working with KC-46, KC-135, KC-10 or 767 products is desirable.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $86,700 - $117,300.
