Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic second shift team. This role involves working collaboratively with a dedicated group of professionals to oversee the operation of multiple vertical milling machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate and manage several CNC vertical milling machines to enhance production efficiency and output.
  • Experience with HSM Works for programming and prototyping is advantageous.
  • Conduct all necessary tasks related to CNC vertical mill operations, including setups, machining, and inspection of parts.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of programming experience with HSM Works and Solid Works is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operating CNC milling machines, with a focus on machining materials such as steel, aluminum, and plastic.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong sense of integrity and minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in setting up and operating CNC vertical milling machines, with daily reporting of production metrics.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings in English.
  • Skilled in the proper use of measuring instruments.
