Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team at Onboard Systems International. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC vertical milling machines to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC vertical milling machines to maximize machine utilization and production output.
  • Program and run new parts using HSM Works and Solid Works software.
  • Perform all aspects of CNC vertical mill operation, including setups, production machining, and part inspection.
  • Manage multiple machines and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience programming with HSM Works and Solid Works.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines, machining steels, aluminum, and plastic.
  • Ability to self-manage with high integrity and minimal supervision.
  • Proficiently set up and operate CNC vertical milling machines and report output on a daily basis.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings in English.
  • Proper use of required measuring tools.
