Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and passionate individual to fill the role of Peer Specialist. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, working closely with them to develop and maintain healthy living habits.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.">
  3. Assist clients in setting and achieving their goals, using evidence-based practices and interventions.">
  4. Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, identifying areas where additional support is required.">
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.">
  6. Document client progress and provide regular updates to supervisors.">

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.">
  • Completion of an internship or comparable training in peer advocacy.">
  • Prior experience working with individuals who have experienced mental health issues or homelessness.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
