Key Responsibilities:
  • Log and process payoff checks, ensuring timely payment and follow-up with banks as needed.
  • Verify and apply for duplicate titles when necessary, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate payoff schedules and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Process payoff shortage checks and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive understanding of general ledger accounts and ability to post documents accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with ability to work efficiently and stay organized.
  • Previous automotive accounting experience preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to pass a substance screening.
