The Purchasing Card Coordinator will oversee the college's Procurement Card (P-Card) program, reporting to the Director of Purchasing. Responsibilities include developing and updating P-Card policies and procedures, administering the program, and collaborating with the Director for program changes and policy exceptions. This role does not involve supervising staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Three years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in procurement or accounts payable/receivable activities.
- Experience in a higher education setting.
Starting salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
