Role Overview: The Regional Leadless Technology Consultant is responsible for delivering technical, clinical, educational, and sales support to promote the adoption and growth of Abbott's leadless pacing technology. This role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure successful therapy implementation and procedural excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide education to healthcare professionals on patient selection and indications for leadless pacing.
  • Offer procedural support in line with established protocols and best practices to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Conduct training sessions for Abbott staff to enhance product knowledge and application.
  • Utilize clinical data to communicate effectively about leadless CRM products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and improve therapy accessibility.
  • Gather market insights to refine training programs and expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to relay feedback on product enhancements and future innovations.
  • Complete necessary administrative reporting as required.
  • Exercise sound judgment in planning and organizing work, monitoring performance, and reporting progress.
  • Adopt best business practices to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in all responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with Abbott's policies and procedures.

Travel Requirements: This position entails significant travel, with approximately 50-75% of time spent on the road.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in the medical device or healthcare sector.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience with medical devices, preferably in CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and evaluate complex technological devices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams.
  • Comfortable navigating clinical environments, including hospitals and labs.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence healthcare professionals confidently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with medical device industry standards and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used software applications.

Preferred:

  • Professional certifications or designations in relevant fields.
  • Previous experience in sales or demonstrated business acumen.
