About RAYUS Radiology: Formerly known as Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, RAYUS Radiology is dedicated to redefining radiology as a vital first step in diagnosis and treatment.

Position Overview: As a Float MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI scanners to capture diagnostic images of patients at various locations within the market. This position requires flexibility in shifts and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Imaging (75%):
    Conduct routine and advanced MRI procedures on specific body areas for diagnostic purposes, ensuring minimal supervision and repeat scans. Screen patients for any precautions or contraindications prior to examinations. Prepare patients for MRI procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and offering support throughout the procedure. Adjust scan parameters as necessary and maintain positive relationships with radiologists, referring customers, and colleagues. Follow physician orders meticulously and adhere to safety regulations to protect patients and staff. Accurately document patient information within the Radiology Information System (RIS) and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Imaging Support (20%):
    Ensure all equipment is functioning properly; clean and disinfect after each use. Assist in maintaining an updated MRI protocol manual and manage software upgrades. Monitor medical supply inventory and support the training of new associates by providing resources and technical expertise.
  • Additional Duties (5%):
    Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
