Key Responsibilities:
We are assembling a team for innovative projects aimed at enhancing Managed Services in the Healthcare sector.
This position will operate in a hybrid model.

Oversee effective project management across the entire project lifecycle by utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies:
ensure projects are completed successfully, adhering to quality deliverables, timelines, budget constraints, and performance goals. Drive initiatives for process enhancement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear project goals and requirements, prioritize tasks, communicate progress updates, and provide agile change management during frequent planning and re-planning sessions.

Document requirements through business cases, project charters, and project plans; continually update these documents to reflect progress and modifications.

Engage with cross-functional teams possessing diverse technical expertise to ensure successful project outcomes; adjust project plans based on team dynamics and evolving business/user needs.

Facilitate strategic planning through consensus-building and collaborative decision-making.

Leverage knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, programming, and budgeting, as well as resource planning and execution processes, to support program planning, decision briefings, and progress evaluations across multiple projects.

Create templates, procedures, and guidelines for managing project information and deliverables.

Maintain a centralized repository for project documentation and reporting; monitor progress and report on status and metrics at both task/work package and project levels.

Identify issues, risks, and exceptions; devise clear remediation strategies and follow through to resolution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience
6 years of relevant work experience
4 years of experience as a technical project manager
Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, Teams
Proven ability to analyze challenges and propose multiple solutions
Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage changing requirements, foster collaboration, and initiate new projects
Strong attention to detail and comprehensive documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to build consensus
Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with diverse teams, meeting deadlines, and delivering quality outcomes
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently – both in writing and presentations – complex topics and procedures with team members and all levels of client stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
