Job SummaryAs a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your responsibilities will include preparing and examining accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports. You will also develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets, perform audits to ensure adherence to standard requirements, and create new processes to improve financial efficiency. Additionally, you will report analysis and findings to the management team and work with all areas of small business accounting such as AR, AP, GL, etc. Requirements Previous experience in accounting or other related fields Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools Detail and deadline-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ERP experience is an advantage but not required Strong Excel skills are requiredAbout UsOEM, Inc. is a 44-year-old mid-sized engineering and manufacturing company that designs, fabricates, and sells safety test equipment to protect personnel in the oil and gas industry.
