Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Oracle SQL
  • Mid to senior-level experience (4-8 years) in report generation
  • Background in Fraud detection or anti-money laundering, AML (financial experience is acceptable)

Role Responsibilities:

  • The financial institution is evaluating and testing UBS's financial landscape for fraudulent activities and other irregularities.
  • They require a proficient Oracle SQL developer to join their team, someone adept at analyzing data within SQL and Python to pinpoint instances of fraudulent behavior.
  • Responsibilities include designing and developing databases, crafting and optimizing SQL queries, and building back-end applications utilizing Python.
  • A solid understanding of database architecture and development, along with proficiency in the Python programming language, is essential.
  • Additionally, the candidate must be capable of diagnosing and resolving database-related issues.

Compensation:

  • The salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually.
  • Compensation may vary based on factors such as location/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
