Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Validate the strategic and financial benefits of various opportunities, including the development of pro forma P&Ls, ROIs, Payback Periods, and Cash Flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on strategic business unit plans, including business-to-business, OEM, and strategic partnership or acquisition strategies.
  • Lead project teams for strategic partnership and acquisition due diligence efforts.
  • Perform market research and analysis to identify potential alternative distribution partners for our product portfolio and innovative products and services to expand our existing offering.
  • Negotiate projects as assigned.
  • Implement processes and procedures to establish efficient and effective workflow and ownership within the organization.
  • Collaborate across the business on planning, processes, projects, and resource allocations.
  • Provide regular reporting for all working projects.
  • Create and present corporate and sales presentations.
  • Meet regularly with business partners, customers, sales personnel, vendors, and consultants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years related experience required.
  • Frequent business travel required, valid driver's license, and passport.
