Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities- Validate the strategic and financial benefits of various opportunities, including the development of pro forma P&Ls, ROIs, Payback Periods, and Cash Flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on strategic business unit plans, including business-to-business, OEM, and strategic partnership or acquisition strategies.
- Lead project teams for strategic partnership and acquisition due diligence efforts.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify potential alternative distribution partners for our product portfolio and innovative products and services to expand our existing offering.
- Negotiate projects as assigned.
- Implement processes and procedures to establish efficient and effective workflow and ownership within the organization.
- Collaborate across the business on planning, processes, projects, and resource allocations.
- Provide regular reporting for all working projects.
- Create and present corporate and sales presentations.
- Meet regularly with business partners, customers, sales personnel, vendors, and consultants.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- 10-12 years related experience required.
- Frequent business travel required, valid driver's license, and passport.
