Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service requests for field operations, ensuring all assignments are made in advance and completed as required.
  • Handle incoming calls from clients and field personnel.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding any scheduling updates.
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely delivery of necessary components and reschedule visits as needed.
  • Generate repair orders for new service requests or scheduled maintenance.
  • Conduct daily reviews of open orders to ensure timely completion and closure.
  • Support field technicians with non-technical inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in scheduling for service managers and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Engage in special projects as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
