Mortgage Field Service Contractors play a crucial role in the mortgage industry by documenting the occupancy and physical condition of properties.

As a Property Condition Inspector, you will be responsible for determining whether a property is occupied or vacant, rating its condition as Good, Fair, or Poor, and taking photos of the property using your smartphone.

You will also need to fill out a form on your phone using a downloadable app and answer multiple-choice questions about the property condition.

Requirements:
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
* Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
* Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
* Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
* Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.

Income and Assignments:
Income is based on area and volume.
Most inspectors can complete several inspections an hour.
Rural areas may pay more per inspection on average.
The faster inspections are completed, the more inspections are provided.

This is a 1099 contractor position, and no resume is required.
