Industrial Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
FusionTech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Industrial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Industrial Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatch and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systematically review delivery calls from customers according to contract parameters
- Process EDI calls and maintain master data in the ERP system
- Initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations from delivery dates in coordination with customers and internal interfaces
- Regularly perform system-based inventory checks and take countermeasures in case of discrepancies
- Closely cooperate with defined interfaces to increase on-time-in-full delivery performance and avoid supply shortages
- Process shipping orders and organize transports
Requirements:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with experience as a dispatcher, ideally in the industrial or logistics sector
- Good MS Office skills and ideally user knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. FEPA, XPERT, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is desirable
- Independent and structured way of working as well as a strong organizational talent and flexibility
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
