About the Role:
∙ Job Title: Sales
∙ Pay: $60,000/Salary
∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM with optional O/T.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, including builders, contractors, and homeowners.
  2. Familiarizing oneself with various quoting software systems to provide accurate estimates for window and door projects.
  3. Conducting sales meetings and presentations.
  4. Engaging with homeowners to explore options, take measurements, and select colors.
  5. Maintaining regular communication with clients and suppliers through phone and email correspondence.

Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service capabilities.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and organization.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  7. Team-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Effective communication with team members, clients, and management.
  9. Adaptability to evolving policies and procedures.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:
  1. Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  2. Capability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  3. Manual dexterity to operate computers, phones, and tools.
