Overview

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and effective service to all customer inquiries. This includes responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person visits from customers, resolving their issues, and providing solutions to their problems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
  • Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
