Responsibilities

How will you contribute?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall cabin cleaning operations by conducting staff evaluations, scheduling, and ensuring effective manpower utilization while maintaining a safe and reliable operation
  • Implement local training initiatives, manage supplies, and maintain inventory records while assisting management with administrative tasks
  • Perform the duties of a Cabin Appearance Agent as necessary
  • Execute the cleaning and maintenance of aircraft interiors
  • Utilize designated cleaning agents, materials, and equipment for cabin upkeep
  • Ensure cleanliness of seatback pockets, seat cushions, tray tables, overhead compartments, cockpit, galley, and restrooms
  • Clean aircraft windshields when appropriate
  • Stock onboard supplies, including toiletries, sanitary items, drinking cups, napkins, and galley condiments
  • Remove and dispose of waste from work areas
  • Maintain cleanliness in ramp and supply areas
  • May perform guide man duties and connect/disconnect ground power units
  • Follow a specified checklist to confirm completion of all tasks
  • Complete all assignments within designated timeframes
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding lost items found on aircraft and report any damaged items in the work area or cabin
  • Organize workgroups and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

Who are we seeking?

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Age: 18
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid, unexpired driver's license; certain restrictions may affect eligibility
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays; shift times may vary
  • Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice as operational needs arise
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong attention to detail for thorough cleaning of all aircraft interior areas
  • Ability to lift, bend, and carry supplies weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, initiative, and judgment
  • Administrative experience is a plus
  • Consistent attendance is preferred
